I wish there were more businesses like yours
Just a quick note to thank you for your service. I ordered an Asko washing machine about a fortnight ago. It was not in the warehouse so I was told it would be Thursday week for delivery to Leura. The professionalism of the fellows I spoke to on the phone and the courteous, prompt and efficient service of the fellows who delivered and installed the machine was exemplary. I cannot recommend Appliances Online highly enough
I had to replace my old gas wall oven and had done my shopping regarding prices and installation costs. NO-ONE could beat Appliances Online. And I don't think that there is another company in Australia who could beat them for service and delivery times. I ordered the oven Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered AND installed by 10:30am the next day!!!! The phone staff were polite and courteous when I rang with my pre-purchase queries and the online purchasing process was quick and painless. The delivery/installation man was right on time and a very lovely man who made absolutely certain that everything was working properly before he left. I would just like to thank Appliances Online for reacting very quickly to problem with a new oven I received that was damaged in shipment. I called them as soon as I unpacked the oven and noticed the damage and within 3 minutes I was promised a new oven the next day which was delivered.
