    Does what it's supposed to
    heats water from full cold to full hot in under 5 hours - old water heater used to heat the laundry as well (less insulated??). The new heater shows no heat loss. Unit has bigger diameter than old Rheem it replaced necessitating modification of cupboard (in which it is installed). Bigger dia probably because of better insulation. Great service & delivery from Appliances on line as usual.
