Just wanted to leave you a message to say how fantastic your service is. I ordered a tumble dryer off you guys, I received an email letting me know the order was received, shortly afterwards I received an email letting me know that my order was ready to be shipped, the driver rang me to let me know when he was coming and WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE! Great customer service and a fantastic company to deal with all around. I will be telling everyone I know to buy any appliances from you guys. And free delivery as well Tracey, Colo Vale, NSW
The price and delay were less than the local stores
I shopped online since I was after a left-hinged fridge, and the local stores had nothing to offer and had fees and long delays to order one in. Ordered from Appliances Online, and although the fridge I originally ordered was out of stock, the price and delay were less than the local stores. A few days later I notice a better left-hinge fridge is on sale and in stock on Appliances Online, and they were happy to switch my order to the better model for no extra cost - The fridge was delivered within a couple of days. A fantastic setup
You guys have a fantastic setup,I requested a change to my delivery time on Saturday evening,asking that you deliver on tuesday not monday,I had an email back from you on the Sunday in the affirmative,a phone call from from your delivery guy resulted in him turning up spot on time,and a very friendly bloke he was too,good on you all and thank you.
