I had high hopes - price was good and delivery arrived promptly but the product was disappointing. 1. The instructions were poor. Badly translated and provided little understanding about how the appliance is meant to work. 2. The unit ships with the protective film still attached to the stainless steel. Which is impossible to completely remove, especially at the joints. 3. It didn't work. (my main problem) It started and the chiller operated continuously until a big blob of ice formed. But no ice blocks were produced... 4. Couple more points - over the several hours it was running, quite a lot of condensation formed on the front door indicating poor insulation. Also the feed pipe from the bottle feed was kinked and would not have worked if I was using the bottle option. Thankfully, I was able to return it and my faith in Appliances Online was salvaged.
