Why aren't there more companies in the 21st century that deliver customer service and follow through like this one? I was totally impressed and thrilled with Appliances Online - not only from the savings I made by purchasing my washing machine through them, but also with the whole process from start to end. The website is very user-friendly, the phone service team were a pleasure to deal with - even giving me a direct line to contact the operator if I changed my mind on the model I ordered, and the delivery boys were professional, efficient, and had great communication with us regarding the time of delivery on the morning. Thanks very much Appliancesonline! What great service and friendly delivery folk. My new Westinghouse fridge missed the delivery request date due to an administrative glitch. I called the support centre and Ben (at the support centre) was very helpful. My fridge was delivered the next day within the time frame advised the night before.
