Best customer service we have ever received
I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. We recently purchased a refrigirator from you. We were very impressed with the friendly and helpfull delivery men, the price of the item on your site was $ 994.00 plus $ 16.00 delivery (from Sydney to Canberra) this included instalation and removel of the old fridge. The same fridge was $1390.00 at ***, but they wanted 50.00 delivery and no removal of the old fridge. We are very impressed with your service and have recommended your site to friends. Many thanks.
