I was a little skeptical......
Just a note to thank your company for their excellent web site and service. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more. It feels like Christmas
Hi Camille, I just wanted to thank you very much for the prompt delivery of my machine - I took delivery today, which is a whole week earlier than I was expecting. I am so happy to have my washing machine; with this wet weather the hand washing was just hanging under the house dripping for days. It feels like Christmas to have a lovely new washer now, and I am very impressed both with your courtesy when you advised me of a possible delay with the order and also with the speedy time you were able to finally get it to me. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
