I am writing this short email to thank you for your wonderful customer service that I experienced after purchasing your product online. Not only were you the cheapest with the product I selected, your delivery time was punctual and your delivery men were outstanding in firstly ringing and then delivering the product on time and in a very courteous and polite manner.
People are very quick to criticise poor customer service but slow to acknowledge good service, maybe if the big stores adopted your standard they wouldn't have to worry about online businesses, please pass on our thanks to all concerned and we look forward to shopping with you again in the near future.
