Purchased this product for my daughter-in-law. After 12 months the pump stopped working, (3 year warranty) she has been in and out of hospital with her premie baby and not had a washing machine for 4 weeks. Would never recommend this for anyone let alone new mothers with babies, who rely on their washing machines.

I use the washing machine three times a week, i love it. I am wheelchair bound and i can actually reach into the machine where as the old machine we had i could not reach the bottom. I no longer need to remove lint balls from work jumpers and it seems gentler on the clothes including delicates.

I have now been using my Panasonic washing machine for over three weeks now and am very happy with it. I love the fact that it is not noisy. Being a 9.5 kilograms, it takes a lot of of washing but the size of the cabinet was smaller compared to others which took a 9 kilograms wash. No tangles at the end of the cycle and the clothes are clean and fresh. Hadn't heard much of this brand in the washing machine market but it ticked all of the boxes for me.
