Dryer should be taken off marked!!! (I use portable copressor. Set 10bar preassure and blow clean that grill)It is a great tumble dryer, but...I have had this for a few years now and have been generally very happy, but I have to agree with other reviewers, it cannot dry duvet covers! It rolls them into a dreadful ball which can actually be difficult to unravel! Why doesn't it reverse? I have had the engineer out who assured me that it should, but it doesn't.You don’t get what you pay for!We bought this s a washer and tumble dryer combo thinking both would be good quality, both have broken down in the warranty period and took over 2 weeks to fix. The dryer doesn’t actually dry anything properly and if you try to dry a duvet cover or any type of bedding then it wraps everything in a tight ball!! You have to keep stopping it and shaking it out!? Apparently it doesn’t have a reverse drum? Wouldn’t buy a Samsung againLegendary service
