    Very dissapointed
    while it was fixed under warranty 5 times, warranty is no more, it is leaking now and will not recirculate water like it used to. very dissapointed

    Worst appliance ever. Couldn’t give 0 stars.
    Never worked properly since we bought it. The machine moves, it’s noisy and the load is unbalanced no matter what we did, and we did it all. Finally just replaced it with another brand and finally know how a front loader should work.

    Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, sorry to say that you have come through to an online retailer not Electrolux Australia, however in regards to this light before you go and contact the supplier for service have you cleaned out the pump filter in the bottom right-hand corner this should be checked about every three months, turn off the tap and place a container there as you will get water coming out which is normal, once all the water is out remove the filter rinse under a tap and then replace, turn the water tap back on and check if you are still having the same issue the call Electrolux on 131349.
