The experience was flawless
I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person. Ill be coming back and look forward to my next purchase with online appliances.com.au - BIG THANK YOU (and you should be training others how to do it so good! especially the yanks!! Friendly and helpful
I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently.
