So bad I had to return the product and buy something else.Intuitive menus and easy to use light-touch buttons in conjunction with LCD screen lets you customise many different cycles. Dark colours are susceptible to white marks when used in high efficiency mode but this is easily remedied with a clear liquid detergent or one designed for dark items.I love it's effeciency and speed, really impressed.Legendary service
