I bought my Maxx machine somewhere between eight and ten years ago. Today, for the first time ever I had a problem. The pump did not seem to want to empty the machine. In a panic I checked online that Bosch still made the Maxx but read up on the Avantixx and thought id give that a go as it had a couple of extra functions. I nearly grabbed my keys to head out to buy a new one as I cannot possibly go without a machine for more than a day! I have a family of two adults, a teenager and two preschoolers. Before left I thought id just ring a service centre to get their advice. I'm glad I did because the guy talked me through some trouble shooting and I am happy to say that the problem was a simple fix over the phone! I am VERY happy with my machine and the excellent after-sales service! Maybe I'll get another eight or so years out of it!! Ps Seven months ago I bought a Avantixx heat pump tumble dryer and I'm very happy with that too.
