My new washing machine was delivered today as scheduled. I just want to say I was impressed with your delivery men. I was telephoned prior to 10am and advised of the delivery window. They then arrived during that delivery window, removed my old machine and installed the new one. The laundry is in the upstairs bathroom of my small two storey terrace house and access is up a steep staircase with bend at the bottom. Not easy access, and not helped by such a hot day. Notwithstanding this, your deliverymen completed the removal and installation efficiently and in good humour. Thank you for the excellent service. Cathy, Forest Lodge, NSW

Hi Guys, what an exceptional service you provide. Ordered a Bosch front loader on Friday night and could have had delivery the following Monday but work commitments did not allow for this, so arranged a day off without hassles from my employer and it was delivered, installed and old machine removed 3 days later, delivery guy was excellent & courteous in every way. I did my homework & shopped around, found out which machine was value for money and you had exactly what I had found in another store and I save almost a $100 off their best price plus I would have had to pay for delivery and had to get rid of my old machine myself.
