In every case when I was told I would get a call to tell me what was going on I got one! this is not as common as we would hope! everyone was friendly and polite, again not as common as we would hope. I have just received my delivery of a washing machine and microwave - the service has been fantastic- from the easy ordering format online - I ordered Thursday and requested delivery for the following Monday - it all went so well - the two young men who delivered the goods Mr. Tomer Maman and Mr Ketan were great - connected the goods- had them both working before they left, took all the packaging and the old appliances.
