easy to install and use
I bought the dryer over a month ago. Initially it was very quiet, but after a few uses noise became louder. While is was disappointing, the dryer works well overall.

A quick thank you for your outstanding service
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for your outstanding service. I purchased a clothes dryer from your website yesterday afternoon, used the online customer service window to ask a few questions that were answered immediately. The lovely sales woman then personally called me, made the transaction very quick and smooth then assured me that my dryer would be delivered next day. Not to mention they price of the dryer could not be matched anywhere else, especially with free delivery. Delivery guys were extremely polite, rang twice to confirm when theyd be here, took my old dyer away and set up new one. Everyone loves to make the effort to have a whinge when service is terrible, but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with yours. I would without hesitation use your services again. Thanks again. Exactly how I like it
My parents told me they bought a new dryer online from AppliancesOnline. I was amazed because they never buy anything online. When we needed to replace our washing machine we looked at the prices of our local stores and I then decided to check AppliancesOnline. AOs price was $10 more than our local store but it included free delivery, free installation and free removal of the old machine. They were able to deliver it the next day. Amazing. The instructions for delivery were very clear and detailed. Exactly how I like it. None of this "it will get there when the it gets there". They arrived on time and installed it cheerfully. I had one issue. The website failed three times (Internal Server Error) so I had to call the 1300 number. Colin answered within 30 seconds and was very helpful.
