Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to! Amazed... Here is my comparison: RETAIL STORE: My visit to a well known retail shop. Rude staff (apparently I interrupted their chat), didn't know the product (seriously reading the brochure to me) and then out of stock and had "no idea" when they would get it. APPLIANCES ONLINE: Easy to use website, Great phone advice regarding which model to choose, Ordered online and managed to pick the wrong delivery date, Emailed and fixed immediately, Delivery people called as promised and set a time... then arrived on time (never happens in Canberra), Really polite, sorted everything amazingly fast. Ok, so I must admit I was waiting (actually expecting) something to go wrong. How do you get this level of service and substantially cheaper..? Must admit I am almost hoping for something to breakdown so I can see the repair service... Do you helicopter people in..? ;-) PS If you can give the delivery guys a pat on the back, they really did a great job getting appliances in and out of a tiny laundry. Matthew, Chifley, ACT
Excellent service and will shop again!
The whole experience was painless from ordering, payment and delivery. Delivery occurred just as was explained on the web. I was hestitant to buy such a large purchase online but reviews and blogs indicated the company was good. It took away the hassle of haggling instore with sales people and all the extra requirements - delivery, removal of old machine and connection was all included in the price and offered upfront.
