Once again your delivery men (both names started with R but unfortunately can only remember Rick) were so friendly and thoughtful, they oozed customer service skills. It wasn't that easy getting my new fridge/freezer in but they managed, taking complete care of they way they moved through my house. Also Shae a thankyou to you. You had the hard task of telling us our original selection wasn't available for a month or so and being so helpful with finding us a solution.
