We've used this fridge for the last 11 years. In general we are quite happy with most aspects of it, however the ice production does not stop automatically. Instead, a manual button must be pressed inside the fridge at the very back. This can be frustrating as everything inside must be removed to access the button. Around half a year ago, the water dispenser feature has also gone bust, but after calling up to find replacement parts, they told me that they had completely stopped production. This was a bit disappointing although I do recognise that 11 years has been a long time.
