[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine now for approx 10 years, yes 10 years. Never had a problem with it breaking down. It has been a solid performer and one of the best appliances I have bought in my life. I would not hesitate in recommending this, or any other Bosch washing machine if they all perform like this little power-horse. I have kept it clean and maintained as per the manual (which could be a little more user-friendly). It is only in the last few days that we have noticed the spin cycle struggles with out-of-balance issues. It will start to spin up, stop, and start again, over and over. This can be frustrating. But after 10 years of problem-free use, I guess it is due for something to go wrong. Anyway, it is now time to test Bosch's after-sales-service for a long out-of-warranty product :) Overall though, a great product, and if I ever update my appliances, they will be Bosch :)

I bought this 3 years ago and I absolutely love it. 15 mins cold cycle is FANTASTIC
