For the last 6 months or so we are having same issues. Cloths do not dry and filter error every time we use the machine. Don't waste your money.Efficient and delivers on promises!Recently bought this dryer, first heat pump dryer I have owned. Washed 6 towels and they were dried in well under an hour to bone dry. Provided you select the correct program for what you dry this is a great machine. Cheap to run and reasonably quick. Happy customer!Legendary service
