I had the brand new Whirlpool Fridge delivered and installed December 13th, the guys forgot the water kit and promised to come back next day, meanwhile by the end of the day it was obvious the fridge was not cooling, several days later after installing a new damper then a new thermostat and it was finally fixed a week later after throwing away copious amounts of food - a real pain, the fridge is working now.
