This oven gave us grief from day one. would not ignite first attempt, then gradually it took more and more attempts to ignite, with a 3 minute wait time between ignition attempts. This then become very frustrating but oven was now out of warranty. Then digital display stopped working and sometimes erratic. Called repairman and he replaced a electronic circuit board which was behind clock display which was reasonably expensive. This fixed the display, however the ignition problem remains. We fell let down by Westinghouse and their product.

We have had nothing but problems with this oven since we got it. It's been a very frustrating experience. Won't start easily, sometimes for hours. The timer also effects the oven as well. It turns off in the middle of cooking, sometimes back on and off again. It really is very frustrating. Sadly it is out of warranty, we should have done something about it when we first got it. We thought, we needed time to work it out, but it's the oven itself and we've met other people with the same oven who are all frustrated with it as well.

We were pleased that the technician shoed up on time for the repair. He also was very efficient in recognizing the cause then to solve it in short period. Finally, he left the area clean and tidy.
