Good value. Temperature isn't accurate. Need to use an oven thermometer. Otherwise happy

I hate shopping for appliances as I'm always concerned the product won't live up to my expectations and buying an oven was a big deal as we do a lot of baking for others as well as for ourselves, we are amateur cake decorators. Well, I'm glad to report this one did and more. The flexibility this oven offers with having a smaller oven and a larger one is fantastic. Being able to bake foods that require different heat settings at the same time is a huge advantage, also having grilling options in both ovens is great. Being able to put 3 racks in the top oven is also a bonus. Only having to heat up a small space if you only require 1 rack is a great energy saver. The rapid heat option in the top oven is a bonus and very useful when you are in a hurry. The options to set the oven to turn off when you are out is great, so you aren't tied to your oven for all the cooking time, also being able to set the oven to turn on when you are out is another great feature. The oven is spacious and can fit a 14 inch/36cm square cake tin in comfortably. The only downside is that we have found that the top oven doesn't always cook evenly, even with the fan assist, however, we have quickly adjusted to that and so it's not a huge problem. This oven is great value for money. Would we buy it again ... yep, for sure.

Delivery was on time - as planned. Delivery men extremely good, efficient, careful and took old oven away and helped position new oven ready for installation. A very good retail experience.
