    Gas goes out at low settings.
    If you set the oven at a low heat after about 10 min. the flame goes out making it impossible to cook anything slowly at a low heat.

    Mostly fine.
    I purchased this oven a few weeks back and it looks good and works well. The only thing I have a problem with is the cooling fan that continues after you turn the oven off. I understand that it's intended to cool down the unit and the surrounding area, but I fail to see why that should take up to half an hour. Even when using the oven to just heat up a pizza, the audible fan continues for about 30 minutes after I turn the oven off. This seems excessive and is a little irritating when I'm eating only a few feet away at the kitchen table. Otherwise, a good unit.
