the controls are quite easy to operate, and the temperature display is excellent. It shows the current temperature, as well as the target temperature. You can choose all different combinations of heating elements and fan baking which allows great flexibility. The oven is quiet, however there is a lengthy "cool down" period and the fan stays on during this time (I often need to check if the oven is actually turned off). The door is "cool touch" which is great, since I have a baby at home. Delivery was very easy, however due to cabinetry issues the electrician could not install the oven. I was required to have a second call out from a carpenter, and I was not happy with his solution as I would have lost a drawer space below the oven. Thank goodness my Dad is handy, he came over and sorted the whole thing out for me with no trouble, and I got to keep my little drawer!

The item is quite good. Have not tried every feature yet but looks very promising. Prompt safe delivery, well packed. Wife is happy!!!
