Good morning, I would like to thank you very much for another outstanding transaction. When I first ordered our new oven and cooktop for delivery on 9 April, you told us that you couldn't deliver until 22 April as the products were not in stock. After we explained that we really needed them on 9 April for a new kitchen installation, your team bent over backwards to source the appliances and meet our delivery date. We cannot thank you enough for this extraordinary service and excellent communication. Your delivery team rang yesterday morning around 7 to advise delivery would be between 8 and 9 and they arrived at 8.30 - perfect! You really do deserve all the positive feedback you receive. Great website and the great service
I just wanted to say thanks for a great website and the great service we have received in the delivery of a cooktop and wall oven. While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful and on time and of course another member of your team, I believe his name is Sam... hope I got that right!, was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, all in all, you guys are great, well done, my thanks sincerely, hope you all have and a wonderful Christmas and I shall look forward to shopping with you again.
