Doesn't dry clothes very well; takes 1'35" for avg. load
Not eco worthy taking so much time to "dry" the clothes. Only two temps: warm and cool :( Beats the clothes up going around that long. No energy there if I have to replace my clothes!

Disappointed
I had this brand new less than 3 years ago, only use 1 or 2 times a week. It stops heating and my cloths won't dry. I would expect better quality from Samsung.

Not a good product
I have purchased the Dryer back a year and some months ago; it always dried clothes in two cycles in stead of one no matter the quantity of clothes load. On top of those issues, now the belt is gone by normal usage; I have opened it and lots of fluff are spread over the whole electrical, the seals are practically gone. Very bad quality in the product. I have to say what a problem purchasing this, even though Samsung is supposed to be good quality

Saved me at least $80 off the cheapest deal
Guys I wasn't sure where to leave feed back but I just had to. This is the best ever deal. It must have saved me at least $80 off the cheapest deal I could have done at one of the big chain stores on the exact same product. The delivery guy was great and it was delivered all within 48 hours free. super service guys. I don't know why anyone would want to buy any other way. Thanks again and I will buy again. Great as usual and very helpful
Over the weekend our 3.5kg Simpson of almost 15 years decided it had done enough so at 8am this morning. I told my wife that I will ring Colin and it will all be sorted out. I rang Colin and in minutes I had bought the 4 KG Simpson and delivered tomorrow. It took about 90 seconds. Colin was great as usual and very helpful and I wanted to let you know.
