I had this brand new less than 3 years ago, only use 1 or 2 times a week. It stops heating and my cloths won't dry. I would expect better quality from Samsung.

I have purchased the Dryer back a year and some months ago; it always dried clothes in two cycles in stead of one no matter the quantity of clothes load. On top of those issues, now the belt is gone by normal usage; I have opened it and lots of fluff are spread over the whole electrical, the seals are practically gone. Very bad quality in the product. I have to say what a problem purchasing this, even though Samsung is supposed to be good quality

as per all my samsung purchases it has broken just out of 5yrs service. quite a heavy bill as all my units were bought together. this dryer makes alot of noise, takes very long to dry clothes, damages clothes very fast. element is badly made. Mainboard is very expensive to repair. overall it was better to buy a new defy instead of repair it.
