Same problem as everyone else!
Purchased fridge in February 2016, a couple of months ago it started freezing the whole contents of the fridge. So much money/food wasted due to this issue (which is extremely common by the looks of it). Should definitely be a recall on this fridge as there seems to be a manufacturer fault! Have sent a support enquiry regarding the matter, hopefully it can be resolved!

Was just looking for a new fridge and found these reviews for my current one. Couldn't agree more. What a crap product that just freezes everything. I've been running it in fridge only mode for a while and it still freezes stuff.

Horrible fridge! it's now freezing all the food!!
I bought this fridge back in 2016 (about 4 and half years ago) and now the fridge has broken and is freezing everything. This is clearly a Samsung manufacturing problem as I can see from all the reviews from everyone else that they all have the same problem. This is definitely not an isolated issue with my fridge! It's so frustrating. Everything in the fridge has completely frozen over. Nothing seems to fix this problem despite us trying to change the temperature and restarting the fridge. I would not recommend anyone buy this fridge!!! There is clearly a manufacturing defect with these model of fridges. Seriously - read all the reviews here before purchasing!

Looking at this fridge in Masters I was told you could reverse the door. It clearly has handles on both sides. The question is can you order it with the door hinged on the left or do you have to do it yourself? Building21 · 2015-08-01
