I bought this when I renovated the kitchen in 2010. Not one issue in all that time, all fridges as they get older may occasionally make some sound, but I remember the generator came with a 15 yr warranty. Great LED lights, all the plastic and glass works fine. I guess you have to treat equipment with respect and it will serve you well.I looked at Bosch and Miele at the time but I preferred the more modern design and finish of the Samsung.

Have had this fridge for almost a year and it hasn’t missed a beat. Has great storage space and shelves are easy to wipe clean. Would purchase again

I just bought this new fridge( even though my old fridge was still working perfectly) because of it's 4 star energy rating and the dimensions suit the space in my kitchen. I would have preferred a white fridge but stainless steel was only available in this model. I was understandably extremely disappointed when the freezer drawers didn't slide open or shut without them coming off the rails everytime, which prompted me to contact Appliances Online, who arranged a service call from Samsung reps. The technician who came fixed the problem by replacing the drawer and rails and adjusting them accordingly. This is actually a faulty design issue that needs to be addressed by Samsung, who should take note, particularly after their exploding washing machines fiasco! During the whole ordeal, Appliances Online staff have been quite helpful and courteous, particularly Andreas in the Service department. As a l8ng standing customer always recommending Appliances Online to family and friends, I still have no reason to change that recommendation.
