Service at Murray Oakley was courteous, helpful and prompt. The fridge has operated faultlessly in challenging tropical conditions. Our fresh food and drinks are always cool and crisp, well suited to Northern Australian conditions. Pleased with the quiet operation and sleek look, manual is clear to read, warranty compares favourably with similar brands.

I was comfortable with our previous Fisher and Paykel pigeon pair and the recess in our kitchen was specifically built to that size. When the old unit stopped working, I thought it was fantastic that we could get the same units but brand new (and so shiny!). Sadly, I wish I didn't as the new units are so annoyingly noisy. I like knowing where everything is as there was no change to layout, they fit the spot perfectly, but I hate the noises they make.

We purchased a matching Freestanding Refrigerator and Freezer to replace existing units (Fisher & Paykel), we had had for over 20 years, nothing wrong just dated and didn't match updated kitchen. The Refrigerator has been great since purchase. The Freezer unit on the other hand is terrible and not what I would call Fisher & Paykel quality - perhaps the wheelbarrow mechanics day on when it was built? The compressor unit is extremely noisey (old one wasn't). We call a technician out thinking it was faulty and he said "No that's just the way they are, they are all noisey like that" - really? In addition the basket facia's are all wonkey and in the home position do not line up, on opening it looks like a staircase. Not very happy with the Freezer.
