How extremely impressed I am with your staff
I am writing to you to say how extremely impressed I am with your staff, David Hodgson. I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic. This is the first time I am using your business to purchase but I can guarantee, you will have repeat business from my immediate family and I will be telling all my friends to go to appliances on line for their needs. People who work for you make or break the business and all I can say is, you can never have enough of David Hodgson. Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated.
