Having such a long way to come from Sydney to Mackay
I was expecting my fridge to be delivered tomorrow (Wed. 4/3/09) and it arrived a day early. Having such a long way to come from Sydney to Mackay (10hrs nth. of Brisbane) I was really impressed. Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices. I will also recommend to anyone purchasing new whitegoods. Thank you for a positive experience, really makes for a very nice change!!!
