Does the job bought for good company name but doesn't have the features of the cheaper brand such as separated fruit and vege section and ice maker.

Is fine but a bit noisy at night. There is a vibration which is probably easy enough to fix but I haven't really tried hard enough yet.

Had previous frig for 20years (Fisher & Paykel) this new one is similar but more modern.

We have just got back from Holidays on the weekend so I went into the shop yesterday.They delivered it last night and we have plugged it in. It is dent free and appears to be in running order! The milk is cold ha-ha. My partner and I are most impressed with Appliances Online and your after sales service especially for your handling of matters and the lengths you have gone through. Even after your creative thinking you have still made enquiries even though the matter was outside of your hands. Of course we would recommend you to others and although you are unable to service the area in which we live if you did Appliances Online would be our first choice for point of purchase. The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery.
