Best customer service we have ever received
I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. It was my first time buying a brand new fridge and it has to be one of the easiest things I have ever done. I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers. We just had our new fridge and washer delivered, we ordered on Friday and were delivered to Nelson Bay on Tuesday. The delivery guy rang an hour before arrival as I requested. I was expecting to be required to help unload as in previous purchases from others, but not so with you guys. The chaps that delivered it were efficient and very courteous and had them unpacked and installed in double quick time. Hey they even took the packings away. How great is that!
