Best customer service we have ever received
I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. The service was amazing, we ordered our new fridge at 3pm on one day and by 11am the next day we had a new fridge and it cost less than what we could have bought it in the shops, and was delivered to our front door, and they took away the old one.
