Finding the Right Unit took some time.. But this Dose the Job!

I bought this freezer as a pigeon pair to go in an existing alcove in my kitchen. It freezes well but I am disappointed with some aspects. Firstly, the door is extremely hard to open and the freezer tends to move around. I have rung F & P and they say it is a problem which does happen to some units and should improve with use, but I can't say there is much or any improvement during the weeks I have used it. I also asked where the temperature control is, and it is on the back of unit, we have to move it out from the wall to access, so it my intentions of using a joining strip to make the fridge and freezer one unit will probably not go ahead as it would make the unit just too large for one person to move.

I bought this freezer to match our Refrigerator as they sit side by side. We have an exisiting upright that has shelves that fits so much more and is much easier to organise. The plastic fronts on the baskets keep dropping off and the baskets themselves fall out and are quite heavy when full of frozen food. You cant see what is in the basket and it is difficult to access the food at the bottom of each basket.
