Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. I have to thank you all for the great service you supplied. I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both *** and *** **** **** told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? If I had of known of your wonderful service, I would have replaced my very old fridge years ago. A very Happy Customer. Phyllis,

Today we received our refrigerator. The delivery fellows rang as you said and with very little fuss installed the fridge and took the old fridge away and all the packing. I would like to compliment Appliances Online and in particular Peter and John for their courteous and helpful assistance in the purchase and for any other purchases I need to make you are in my favourites menu to check your price and availability prior to going anywhere else.
