The price and delay were less than the local stores
I shopped online since I was after a left-hinged fridge, and the local stores had nothing to offer and had fees and long delays to order one in. Ordered from Appliances Online, and although the fridge I originally ordered was out of stock, the price and delay were less than the local stores. A few days later I notice a better left-hinge fridge is on sale and in stock on Appliances Online, and they were happy to switch my order to the better model for no extra cost - The fridge was delivered within a couple of days. Could not beat the price at any retail store
Amazing!!! I order the fridge on Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said they would deliver. They moved my old fridge to the garage, they took away all the packaging. Unbelievable service and we could not beat the price at any retail store (even with staff discounts)!!! Definately wouldn't hesitate to use appliances online again. Hassle free!! The only problem was the lack of photos etc on the site - we did have to go into some retail stores to have a closer look before we made our decision.
