Fantastic operation
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your service. I orded a fridge on Monday of this week which was delivered on my requested delivery day, Thursday. I received a phone call the day before to give me the delivery window, and then again on Thursday morning prior to the delivery which was bang on time. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers.
I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received.
The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. When I asked the delivery personnel about this they explained it was they are so busy that it is difficult to g Drew, Cloverdale, WA
Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys,
Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me.
The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic.
My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW.
