I bought this a couple of months back to replace a broken chest freezer. It is good that it is a freezer, it is quiet in its operation but the single most disappointing thing which makes me regret the purchase completely is that it has no drawers (like the LG freezer does). As you place items on the shelves, those items that are not in say boxes (like dog bones etc) fall out of the freezer if you fill the shelf to the top (which I do) and small items get hidden in the back ... with drawers you can place them and slide the drawer out to see where everything is, with no items falling out. I have used trays but this wastes a lot of space due to the internal shape which has a curve at the back. The other thing about not having drawers is that every time you open the door you loose a lot of cool which would have otherwise stayed confined by drawers. I bought this freezer because of the capacity and dimensions (freezers with drawers didn't come in a large capacity) - which I thought would make up for the lack of drawers ... but it didn't :-(
