Hi, I would like to thank the team at Appliance online for the excellent service from the time I ordered online to the time we took delivery of our new Bosch washing machine. The delivery men rang on the morning of delivery all on time and when they delivered they where very polite. When I first ordered our new oven and cooktop for delivery on 9 April, you told us that you couldn't deliver until 22 April as the products were not in stock. After we explained that we really needed them on 9 April for a new kitchen installation, your team bent over backwards to source the appliances and meet our delivery date. We cannot thank you enough for this extraordinary service and excellent communication. Your delivery team rang yesterday morning around 7 to advise delivery would be between 8 and 9 and they arrived at 8.30 - perfect! You really do deserve all the positive feedback you receive.
