This fridge freezes everything I have in it. Called the service centre for repairs. A repairer came two weeks ago and said that the sensor needed to be replaced. It's been two weeks now and there is still no sign of the Fisher & Paykel repairer. I am really disappointed with their service.Great little fridge, with door alarm ,frost free.Had my old F& P for 23 years, it broke down once just after I purchased it, it worked even when I replaced it with another F& P, freezer area is a bit smaller other wise it's identical to my previous modelNot impressed.Not sure if it's faulty or it's just the way the fridge is. The glass shelves always seem to be fogged up and I have to paper towel them to look good. Will check seals to make sure they're ok.Legendary service

Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated. Believe me we'll be using you again (I'm measuring up the space for a dryer as we speak!).
