[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is so noisy my last one was perfect no noise worked great this one is very loud and irritating

Just purchased our second Alfresco Double Door Fridge. Very impressed with the customer service and communication 😊

This fridge worked ok for the first 2 years, not great but was ok. It was noisy in my opinion but kept drinks cold. It did condense up a lot and given it is in a sheltered and protected alfresco I found this to be another fault of this product. Then just out of warranty all the issues get bigger and now the alarm keeps going off, the temperature does not hold and appears the compressor is faulty. The place we purchased from is no longer in business (how surprising if they supply this product!) So we call this company and the cost of a call out is outrageous because we are regional. Cannot believe the cost we paid for this below par product, will never purchase this brand again. For those that have brought it, good luck outside your warranty period because you are going to need it!
