One of the best retail experiences I have ever had
I don't normally offer feedback especially via Facebook, but I felt compelled to offer some advice for anyone that is looking for an appliance...I recently purchased a wine fridge from Appliances Online due to the item offered, the unbeatable price, the free delivery & peace of mind with the extended warranty. A good, basic no-nonsense wine fridge. Temperature stays constant and low noise operation. Must make mention of delivery man, Ilan. Fantastic service. Punctual, helpful and a good communicator. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing.
