Where do I start? The "UE" error is now a close friend of mine. It means uneven load. This occurs with any amount of load, with any type of washing, on any setting. Clothes are left. No criticism of the repair service. These guys must be rushed off their feet. New 'main board' is required apparently. 7 days to deliver and install. In the meantime, this high capacity (10kg) lemon, sits and gently wets clothes to be dragged out sopping wet to a reluctant clothes line that bends under the weight of sodden clothing and towels.

Had the washer a little over a month after upgrading from a front loader. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very big and great for family loads, towels and the whole bedding sets done at once! No center agitator means more room but not at the expense of a great wash. Love the easy to use controls...just set and forget (which is what I really want in a washer). Clean out the lint filters regularly and there is absolutely no issues with lint on the clothes (this I'm very fussy about). Soft close lid was a nice surprise as is the musical end cycle sound. After weeks of researching before my purchase, this washer really lives up to my expectations. Very Very happy customer.
