    Great design
    Great machine. Without the centre tower it has been so universally functional. No issues with cleaning and I have run filthy concrete and clay through it.

    Have had this washer for a few years now. Tried to take it back about a week after buying & realising it doesn’t wash clothes properly. Very annoying as it’s not cheap. Using the quick wash function the clothes come out dirty - but completely drenched. Using the normal function, some of the clothes come out with dry spots. So basically you need to turn the wash, rinse and water settings to the highest so your clothes can actually get a semi decent wash. Will hopefully replace soon.

    Worse machine ever built. Lint lint lint. Sheets get bundled up and the powder gets stuck in the knots. Nothing cleans. ... but nothing others haven't said.

    Good morning, Thank you for this question before you contact LG for service you could try disconnecting the power cord from the powerpoint then leave out for about 2 minutes then try again if still locked then a call to LG customer care please make sure you have your Tax invoice available when the technician arrives to show proof of purchase otherwise they will charge you for the call out and repair.
