I bought this in 2016 and main board failed in 2019. Not worth fixing. Terrible financial and environmental outcome. Looking at a german brands which friends have had for years without trouble. Extra $$ but worth it.

I bought my 10kg front loader about 18 months ago and have been unhappy with everything about its performance. I have tried all sorts of liquid and powder detergents (recommended and eco), pre-rinsing, different temperatures and still get a poor wash. Towels dry stiff and hard and clothing stains do not come out. I initially started using the same detergents I had previously used successfully for years and was unhappy from day onel. I paid a lot of money for this machine to end up with clothing that still contains the day to day stains and initially turned all my light/white coloured wash grey until I reduced the temperature. This has helped slow the greying but not eliminated it and the stains remain.

Found it uses less water and a much longer cycle than a top loader. Not very easy trying to figure out the best cycle for particular clothes and possibly reducing the time. Very happy with how the clothes wash though.
