I have to thank you all for the great service you supplied. I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both *** and *** **** **** told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? Best price, fast and fantastic service
We bought a Westinghouse side-by-side on Wednesday and had it delivered and installed by 10:30am Thursday. The telephone support when I rang about a problem was superb and fast. And the delivery guys were FANTASTIC. The delivery guys wrestled the huge old fridge down the stairs, took the doors of the new fridge to squeeze it into the room it was going into, put it all back together and took all the packing with them- 30m for start to finish. Really couldn't expect any more
Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal.
