ILVE was founded in Campodarsego, near Venice, back in 1952. Two Italian friends, Mr Illotti and Mr Berno, utilised their manufacturing skills to develop commercial quality cookers for local restaurants as a way of indulging their passion for fine food. Since then, ILVE has continued to grow and innovate, while staying true to their passion and heritage.
